3 Dimensional Stickers are a fast way to add a title to your layout.   If you don't have your own cutting machine or don't have time to design, and cut out your own, just use 3d stickers!

I double matted the photo to add more color and depth to the page.  Then when I felt it still needed something else, I used scraps to add the lines and added some Nuvo drops. You could also use self adhesive gems, jewels, pearls, etc.

Then of course, I had to make a custom name die cut.  This layout is introducing the birth of this beautiful little boy.
